Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance can be used for a future appointment.
Last minute cancellations outside this period will result in the loss of the deposit.
If you know you are running late, let me know. A grace period of 10 minutes is offered. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be necessary to reschedule your appointment sending a text message or WhatsApp.

For these two options there is a charge of $10 from spa services as a guarantee of your reservation, if there is a last minute cancellation, the deposit is lost, otherwise you will have a credit of the same value for your next appointment, discounts on our own line of products The tip is not included and is estimated at 18% of the total value of the purchase, we appreciate your understanding.

Regular Services & Packages:
A total deposit for each service will be required and paid for your reservation, send the receipt by text message or WhatsApp to confirm your payment.
If you do not show up for the appointment and do not notify or contact us 24 hours in advance, you lose the entire deposit. Take note that these services have a maximum expiration of 9 months after the purchase. Please make sure to use it on time to avoid inconveniences. We appreciate your understanding.
